What is GGX?

GGX is Gen.G’s multicultural experience space where you can enjoy gaming, food, events, and merchandise all in one place.

How much does it cost to use GGX?

For details regarding PC usage fees, please refer to the Space Information page. For food and beverages, kindly check the MENU section.

How can I order food, drinks or snacks?

Visitors may place food orders directly from their PC using the “Order Food” tab. Payments can be made via card, KakaoPay, or cash. For items from the OTOKI menu, please use the kiosk located in front of OTOKI G.ROUND.

How do I use a PC at GGX?

Visitors with a Korean registration card and a local mobile number may register for free membership directly from the PC. Once registered, visitors can purchase PC time at the yellow kiosk to begin their session.

Visitors without a Korean ID or phone number are welcome to use GGX as non-members. Simply purchase PC time at the yellow kiosk as non-membership. Then, proceed to any available seat and enter the non-member code printed on the receipt. You’re all set! Enjoy your time at GGX! If assistance is needed at any point, our staff will be happy to help.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into GGX.

Do I need a membership to use a PC?

While membership is free of charge, it does require a Korean registration card and mobile number. Guests who are unable to register may still enjoy GGX facilities as non-members.

Are reservations required for any areas?

Zones 1 through 3 are available without reservation. Reservations are required for Team Room 1, Team Room 2, and the Premium Room. through Naver reservations.

What can I do at GGX if they don’t play games?

There is plenty to enjoy at GGX beyond gaming. Visitors are welcome to attend a variety of offline events, dine at OTOKI G.ROUND, or explore the GGX STORE, even without using a PC.

What kinds of games are available at GGX?
